Whitney Milligan is a Houston, TX native with a specialty of the southeast Houston area. Whitney is a licensed realtor and top producer within her organization. Whitney has built a solid foundation of clients in the community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client's needs first! 

Whitney grew up in Friendswood, which gives her clients the advantage of being represented by someone who knows and lives in the community. Whitney is a graduate of University of Houston and has been a driver for Friendswood Meals on Wheels for the last 10 years.

Whitney has a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) in order to help our maturing community when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential properties. Whitney also has a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification and excels at pricing properties and navigating clients through the process of choosing the perfect home values.

When Whitney is not selling Real Estate, she enjoys traveling, watching the Houston Astros, cheering on her son play baseball and football, and spending time with her husband and children.

Devon Martinez is a 29-year-old family man, real estate agent, and investor with over 4 years of experience in the industry. Married to his beautiful wife, Jennifer, and a proud father of two boys, Elias and Silas, Devon knows firsthand how important it is to find the perfect home for families. He’s dedicated to helping clients find a place they can truly call their own.

I'm married to Jeff, and we have a blended family of 6 children and 8 grandchildren. I love being in shorts and barefoot, and there's nothing better than being in or near water. Whether at the beach or on a boat, it makes me happy. Camping, hiking, and eating are my favorite activities, and I proudly make the best fries in the world! My sense of humor is pretty warped, and I love laughing so hard it makes me cough. Since no one can say my name right, most people call me Aurie.

I grew up in Houston near the Hobby Airport area and spent some time after high school living in Cypress and Tomball before finally moving downtown, where I’ve been for the last five years.

I began my career at the Downtown Aquarium, eventually working my way up to a supervisor position in Park Operations. I also spent about four years in fine dining. After that, I worked as a plant operator in a refinery. A few months after COVID hit, I left the refinery to explore real estate, taking on hotshot jobs, remodeling projects, and more.

My mom’s family is from Mexico, while my dad’s is from the Dominican Republic. I love traveling both within the U.S. and internationally. In my free time, you’ll find me traveling, playing golf, and riding my Harley Davidson. I also enjoy dining out and trying new foods, as I’m a big foodie!
